What makes your products eco-friendly?
Stainless steel has a reputation of being an eco-friendly alternative to mined precious metals. it's super shiny like silver, but it's stronger & more durable. So, it makes it great for everyday wear. stainless steel is great because it's 100% recyclable, it doesn't harm the person making or wearing it & it's corrosion resistant.

How often do you restock products?
We usually produce in small quantities. if the item is out of stock, it will be restocking within 3-4 weeks. to avoid waiting, you can preorder your desired product(s) & it will ship out to you as soon as it's available. 

My product was delivered damaged, what do I do? 
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us the same day you received your item(s) for a replacement. we will send you a return shipping label & send you out a new one asap!

Why should I provide my real email and phone number when I order? I don't want spam. 
Your information stays privately with us & we don't spam you. It's important to have a way for us to contact you about your order (shipping). working with customers makes us happy; we just need a way to keep the lines of communication open on both ends. 

What do I if I made a mistake on my order/put the wrong shipping address?
If you receive an order confirmation email & notice a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at miraijewelryservices@gmail.com. we will fix it for you asap!

Can I return or exchange final sale product? 
Unfortunately, final sale products can't be returned or exchanged.

How can I get a discount? 
Sign up to join mirai's crew & you will receive our email newsletter. we will keep you updated on special sales only available through email. when you first sign up, you are automatically sent a discount. we promise we don't spam. 

Where do I enter a discount code?
When you are ready to complete your purchase, go to the checkout page & there will be a box to add a discount code. once entered, click on the apply button. please note that multiple promos and/or discounts cannot be combined.
